Dr. Niti Seth serves as the Chief Academic Officer at Cambridge College, where she is instrumental in overseeing the academic integration and regulatory compliance as part of the institution’s transition to Bay Path University. With over 30 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Seth has built a distinguished career as an academic leader, program innovator, and advocate for diversity and equity. She has developed culturally relevant programs that drive social change and create inclusive learning environments. In her current role, she is committed to ensuring a seamless transition for students, faculty, and staff while also coordinating strategic partnerships that uphold Cambridge College's commitment to accessible education.
Prior to her role as CAO, Dr. Seth served as the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Cambridge College, where she led multi-campus academic and student affairs initiatives. She directed the development of new academic programs, including programs in cybersecurity, trauma counseling, and business administration, and spearheaded diversity efforts that increased the representation of faculty from underrepresented backgrounds. Additionally, she played a pivotal role in consolidating online and global programs and managed grant-funded initiatives aimed at student success and retention. Her commitment to academic quality and student support has been a driving force behind Cambridge College’s growth and community engagement.
Dr. Seth holds a Doctorate in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard University and a Master’s in Film from Boston University, where she was awarded the Maya Deren Award for Best Thesis Film. Her extensive background also includes licensure as a psychologist in Massachusetts and board memberships supporting community health and diversity. Dr. Seth's expertise in education and psychological counseling, combined with her dedication to expanding access to higher education, continues to guide her work at Cambridge College and beyond.
