Vice President of Strategic Partnerships

Phillip Page joined Cambridge College as the Director of Government, Business, and Community Partnerships and Special Assistant to the President, in October 2011 and in 2016 was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Partnerships. Prior to Cambridge College, Phillip served as the Senior Assistant Dean for Academic and Faculty Affairs at Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies [CPS]. While at CPS he led the Academic Partnership unit responsible for developing new external relationships in support of the College’s undergraduate program; provided oversight for three, multi-year workforce development grant programs, ranging from $500,000 to $1 million; and provided strategic guidance to the Co-Op and Internship unit to better align their efforts with the distinctive needs of students of the College of Professional Studies.

Prior to working for Northeastern University, Phillip worked at The Partnership Inc., a non-profit talent development organization for professionals of color located in Boston. Serving as the Vice President of Client Services, he cultivated and maintained corporate relationships, initiation new program services, and secured new funding sources through foundations and strategic grants. Prior to The Partnership, Phillip practiced as a registered architect and urban designer in New York and Boston for over 15 years, serving clients and communities across the country.

Phillip has served as a volunteer, advisor and board member for organizations such as, the Associated Grant Makers, The Massachusetts Community Development Corporation’s Alliance Initiative, the Madison Park Development Corporation, and the Town of Brookline and the Brookline Community Foundation.

Phillip holds a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Cornell University and a Bachelors of Architecture from Syracuse University.
