Online Master's in Human Resource Management Overview

Great organizations thrive on change because they recruit, hire, train, and support the right people to turn change into opportunity — then opportunity into results. That's the work of successful human resource professionals, and their voices are more important than ever to an organization's success.

Our online MS in Human Resource Management offers specialized, advanced knowledge of contemporary human resource and business issues.

This program is designed for business professionals with at least four years of professional work experience and a bachelor's degree. It is ideal for those looking to advance into higher-level human resource management (HRM) roles, as well as those who want to shift their career path into human resources.

This online business degree program content was designed to align with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®) HRM competency model, which is recognized as the highest professional standard for the practice of human resources. Participants completing this program may have the added benefit of being better prepared for the Professional in Human Resources (PHR©) or the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR©) certification exams. Note that, in order to sit for these exams, you must also fulfill the experience requirements.

I loved the online format and the interaction that was in the coursework. My master’s degree really gave me the tools and skillset that I needed. It laid the groundwork to accomplish my career goals.
