Currently serving as the president and CEO of Baltimore Community Lending (BCL), Ms. Bruce has dedicated her career to empowering underserved communities in the Baltimore area by providing loans and technical assistance to small businesses and affordable housing developers.

Notably, in 2009, Ms. Bruce co-founded B’More Clubhouse, a groundbreaking psychosocial rehabilitation program that has been instrumental in offering employment, housing, and skills development opportunities for individuals grappling with mental illness.
