Lower Your Tuition

We keep our tuition low because it's our mission to make higher education accessible to all people, regardless of socioeconomic standing. In addition, we offer scholarships, a generous transfer credit policy, and we work with students to get the maximum financial aid possible. Don't forget to check with your employer about any tuition reimbursement programs your company may have.

Special Rates & Discounts1

Alumni Scholarship. As a graduate of Cambridge College, you are eligible to receive a scholarship for 25% of your tuition for your next degree or certificate program. Some restrictions apply. See the Alumni Scholarship page for more details.

Military Discounts. Military servicemembers,2 full-time DoD and Coast Guard civilian employees,5 veterans3 and first responders4 receive benefits and special discounts that can be found in the tables below.

Partner Discounts. Employees of Cambridge College Corporate Partners6 enjoy lower tuition rates. See the tables below.

Health Insurance admin fee: $50 per year

Students attending college in Massachusetts, enrolled 3/4 or full-time, are required by state law to carry appropriate health insurance. Students who do not carry their own health insurance are required to purchase the Cambridge College Student Health Insurance Plan (amou­nt subject to change). See waiver info.

Application fees are charged once per program and are non-refundable.

Late Undergraduate Capstone fees (BA, BS) - no charge if completed in the next term after the first attempt.

  • Second and third terms - $300 per term
  • Each additional term until completed - $150

Late Graduate Final Project fees (MEd, MM, MBA, CAGS) - Independent Learning/Research Project, Applied Action Research Project, Graduate Management Capstone

  • Second and third terms, per term after first registration (first registration required concurrent with final seminar) - $500 per term
  • Each additional term until completed - $200

Dissertation extension course (EdD) - $589

Dissertation Continuation Fee (DBA): $1,000.00 (10-week session of DSS950, DSS951, and DSS952)

  • Official transcripts through National Student Clearinghouse- $7.50 print/ $8.50 electronic

Course audit fee - $160/credit. ($480 for a 3-credit course); subject to the same add/drop refund and tuition liability policy as are courses for credit.

Graduation fee - $125. Charged at beginning of last term, as determined by anticipated graduation date in student’s academic record, for processing records.

Replace lost student ID card - $25

Returned check fee - $35 per instance

Credit card fee - 1.50%-3.99% (depending on type of card)

FLATS/CLEP Test admin fee - $30

Payment plan service charge - $60 per term

Student printing fees:

Black & white - $0.10/page
Color - $0.18/page

Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) Fee: $2.50 per one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) of institutional charges (California students only)

2 A military servicemember is a member of the United States Armed Forces (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy or Space Force) currently serving on Active Duty, Guard or Reserve status. Members of the Guard and Reserves must be drilling members or on active duty. Servicemembers who are in the Inactive Ready Reserve (IRR) are not considered as currently serving for purposes of the military benefit but may qualify for the veteran benefit.

Military tuition discounts also apply to dependents7 of this group, as well as full-time DoD and Coast Guard civilian employees5 and their immediate family members7.
