Today's adult learners are more challenged than ever, balancing work, life, and school. Earning your degree online is easier than you think because Cambridge College understands what busy students need and how to support them.

Cambridge College offers more than 30 fully online programs that are top-rated, affordable, and flexible to fit your lifestyle.

How You'll Learn

You control your schedule when you take a fully online program at Cambridge College. Classes are asynchronous, meaning you can interact with them on the days and times each week that are most convenient for you to learn.

Like a campus, everything you’ll need is in one place — the Canvas learning management system. It's a virtual classroom where you can download course materials, interact with other students on discussion boards, connect with your professor, submit assignments, take exams, and get your grades.

To access Canvas, you only need a personal computer or laptop with an internet connection and a recent Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox version.

Flexible Study Schedules

Our online programs allow you to learn when and where you want (asynchronously). When your course begins, you'll set your own schedule for studying and completing work to meet the weekly assignment due dates.

Faculty Office Hours

Our faculty members are available, accessible, and eager to offer you advice and live assistance during their virtual office hours. Our faculty members are more than educators; they are mentors for adult learners.

Online Student Community

You don't have to be on campus to participate in our student community. You'll have full access to our student services, including academic advising, career support, 24/7 librarian support, and more:

  • Get to know other students in your classes. Breakout rooms embedded in each course allow small groups to collaborate on projects and work together on assignments.
  • Access free online tutoring, available 24/7, when you need assistance with an assignment.
  • Participate in honor societies, such as our chapter of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), the largest and only accredited leadership honor society in the United States, when you exhibit exemplary academic achievement and leadership potential.
  • Attend weekly workshops focused on helping students succeed in their studies, such as "Effective Notetaking," "Evaluating Information for Research," "Academic Writing," "APA Bootcamp," "Grammarly and Other Tools for Success," "Google Calendar and Scheduling Tools" and many more.
  • Join our online social gatherings like "Community Time" and "English Conversation Groups."
  • Find a better job by attending events like our Virtual Resource Fairs and Resume Writing Workshops and by taking advantage of the career-building events, open job database, and other resources via our Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD).

Technology Requirements

Our Learning Management System, Canvas, runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, or any other device with a modern web browser. We strongly recommend using the most recent Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox versions. While Canvas can be accessed on various devices, we recommend using a computer (laptop or desktop) with administrator access to avoid complications.
