The online DBA in QSIM is designed for practitioner-scholars who are qualified for top-level executive positions in business or university teaching positions.

Cambridge College and Bay Path University have integrated to provide PhD candidates broader learning and research opportunities with continued extensive academic resources and individualized support.
Beginning summer 2026, Cambridge College @ Bay Path University announces the PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis. This program has an advanced, contemporary curriculum designed to prepare ABA leaders of the future. In addition to extensive development of research skills, the program includes a choice of tracks for skill development: (1) Contemporary Issues in Leadership/Organizational Behavior Management, and (2) Contemporary Issues in Clinical Practice.
Accreditation Status Notice
The Applied Behavior Analysis PhD program is currently under review and awaiting accreditation by the New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE). A final accreditation determination is expected by March 2026.
