Background
Dr. Guru Chadha is a passionate and experienced higher education faculty member designing and teaching Doctoral, Master's, Bachelor's, and Certificate programs in Quality Systems Management in general and Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management in particular. Dr. Chadha is a trainer and teacher with a passion for creating and delivering engaging and meaningful adult learning experiences. Dr. Chadha is a lifelong learner and practitioner of experience-driven leadership development. Dr. Chadha is focused on Learning and Development with expertise as an executive coach in transforming individuals, teams, and organizations. Dr. Chadha continues to be at the cutting edge of professional development via scholarly publishing, speaking at international conferences, and maintaining several industry certifications.
In industry, Dr. Chadha is a servant leader with a wealth of strategic, operational, and tactical experiences in several Fortune 50 companies. Dr. Chadha is a seasoned Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with consistent and quantified impact. Dr. Chadha is a global facilitator of project and change management. Dr. Chadha is a practitioner of Agile, Design Thinking, and Data Science.
