Background
Ms. Kuramoto has a diverse blend of counseling and corporate backgrounds as a mental health clinician, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consultant, vocational rehabilitation counselor, human resource manager, international management consultant, and senior corporate manager. Her broad experiences provide a deep understanding of the employment and mental health needs of individuals with cognitive, intellectual, psychological, and physical disabilities and chronic illness from the employee, employer, and strategic corporate business perspectives. In her private practice, her specialties are supporting the mental health needs of Asian Americans, individuals with complex medical needs, and those with complex trauma.
