Salina Duggan, a Senior Faculty member in the Wellness and Health Promotion major, brings over a decade of expertise to her role. Holding a Master's degree in Health Promotion and Management, she specializes in teaching courses covering exercise science, workplace wellness, and nutrition. With extensive experience as a Corporate Health and Wellness consultant, Salina has contributed to the development of effective workplace wellness programs. Additionally, as a certified Health Education Specialist, Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Fitness Instructor, she has taught various fitness and health education seminars and developed programs for corporate clients, schools, and other institutions. Salina's mission is to inspire individuals to prioritize their well-being and take proactive steps toward achieving holistic health and empowerment.
