Background
Dra. Yvonne Montfort has 24 years of teaching experience at the university level and 30 years as an educator in different positions including part of the staff of the Puerto Rico Secretary of Education from 1998-2000 for a total of 54 years in the educational field. Her commitment to education has been present all her life.
