Kenya N. Luciano Rivera has built a career of continuous growth and commitment to educational innovation within the LEAP Social Enterprise Public Alliance Schools. She began as a teacher and was later appointed Instructional Leader of the STEAM team at the pioneering LEAP STEAM + E Academy of San Juan, where she led interdisciplinary and curricular projects. During the school’s expansion process, she assumed the role of Instruction Coordinator, strengthening academic planning and teacher development.
With the support of Cambridge College – Puerto Rico, she completed the required credits for school principal certification. The academic training and professional mentoring she received at Cambridge College have been fundamental in enriching her leadership skills, strengthening her strategic vision, and consolidating her development as an educational leader. This year, she was promoted to Academic Director of the LEAP STEAM + Medical University School, solidifying a career marked by leadership, professional excellence, and service to the educational community.
