Background

Senior eLearning leader at Cambridge College Global, formerly New England College of Business. Led the migration of on-campus courses to the online format and provided leadership through the growth phases of moving from a junior college to a graduate school.

Experienced at leading eLearning instructional design teams at both the higher education and corporate level. Successfully managed cross-functional virtual teams in support of the implementation of 3 new learning management systems, including the implementation of Canvas to the Cambridge College community. Identifies and implements new learning technologies to support online teaching and learning excellence across the institution.

Created an asynchronous online faculty development course called The Pillars of Online Teaching Success. This course aims to raise the skill level of new and experienced online instructors so that they are equipped to deliver a quality, higher-level learning experience through "Personalized, Humanized, Energized, and Technologized courses.
