Work Study

Federal work-study programs offer students financial support and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Both undergraduate and graduate students can participate.

Federal Work-Study

A federal work-study program is awarded by the Cambridge College Financial Aid Office.

Program details include:

  • Eligibility is based on financial need.
  • Available to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at least half-time (six credits or more).
  • Students are required to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
  • Students typically work 15-20 hours per week.
  • Payment is received weekly through direct deposit or paycheck.

Community Service Federal Work-Study

A community service-based federal work-study program is awarded by the Cambridge College Financial Aid Office.

Program details include:

  • This award is an off-campus position at a non-profit or community service agency.
  • Eligibility is based on financial need.
  • Available to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at least half-time, three-quarters time or full-time.
  • Students are required to meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP).
  • Students typically work 15-20 hours per week.
  • Pay rate is up to $20 per hour.

Payment is received weekly through direct deposit or paycheck.
